I have a strong belief in a student driven classroom. This is an environment in which students are encouraged to experiment and make wonderful discoveries. In this way, a student has a more profound investment in their education, and the discoveries they make are theirs to keep forever. Most of my classes are based on a series of roughly bounded projects which allow for significant individual discoveries. Students benefit not only through their experience of completingthe projects, but in watching other student solving the same problems. This leads to a process which accelerates learning.
